Terms of Service
This is a working terms page for provider verification and initial production rollout. It should be reviewed and finalised before launch.
1. Acceptance
By creating an account or participating in a campaign, you agree to these terms and any campaign-specific rules presented to you during signup or campaign join flows.
2. Eligibility
You must provide accurate information, maintain control of your account, and meet any age, territory, or ticket-holder restrictions stated in a campaign. Additional promoter rules may apply on a per-campaign basis.
3. Platform Accounts
You are responsible for your login credentials and any activity under your account. HypeLoop may suspend or terminate access for fraud, abuse, false submissions, or breaches of campaign rules.
4. Connected Accounts and Submissions
You may only connect social accounts that you own or control and may only submit content created from those accounts. HypeLoop may verify ownership, timestamps, hashtags, mentions, and related metrics before accepting any submission.
5. Rewards
Rewards are subject to campaign-specific thresholds, stock limits, verification status, and promoter approval rules. HypeLoop does not guarantee the availability of any reward once inventory is exhausted or a campaign has ended.
6. Campaign Moderation
We may reject, flag, review, revoke, or withhold submissions and rewards where verification fails, abuse is suspected, or campaign criteria are not met. Promoters and platform operators retain final moderation authority where manual review is required.
7. Intellectual Property and Reuse
Unless a campaign explicitly asks for reuse consent, participants retain ownership of their content. Where reuse consent is requested and granted, the relevant promoter may use qualifying content only within the scope disclosed during campaign participation.
8. Liability and Availability
The platform is provided on an as-available basis. HypeLoop does not guarantee uninterrupted service, third-party API availability, or permanent access to any provider integration such as Instagram or TikTok.
9. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes may be reflected through updated version text, campaign notices, or renewed consent prompts where appropriate.
10. Contact
Operational, campaign, and legal contact details should be added to this page before public launch so users know where to direct disputes, support requests, or takedown notices.
